Order Cancellation

All orders are processed immediately upon checkout, and your credit/debit card will be charged at the time of purchase. Due to the speed of our order fulfillment process and the high volume of orders we receive, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been submitted. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Returns – Health & Safety Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for the protection of all customers, we do not accept returns based on satisfaction. We are unable to accept returns on items that pose a health or hygiene risk or may have come into contact with bodily fluids (e.g., saliva, semen, blood, urine).

Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:

• Vibrators, dildos, and similar insertable toys

• Lingerie and intimate apparel

• Enema kits

• Any product designed for oral, anal, vaginal, or penile use

• Piercing items or anything that punctures the skin

• Harness and dildo sets

• Any item that appears worn, soiled, or washed

If your item is eligible for return (i.e., not used, not intimate in nature, and in original, unopened packaging), it must be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We offer exchanges only for defective items reported within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos and a description of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
